Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions set forth the business promotion campaign “Unimoni Student STARS 2024” (Study Abroad Rewards and Scholarship) conducted by Unimoni Financial Services Ltd ( “Unimoni”/ “Company”). Campaign starts from 1st July, 2024 and will run till 31st March, 2025 (‘promo period’).
By going through the terms of this campaign, each student (hereinafter referred to as “Participant “) agrees that they have read, understood and accept these terms.
a). Eligibility
In order to participate in the campaign students’ needs to register in Unimoni / Remit forex website during the promo period. The required details for registration shall be displayed in the website. Students who are planning to study abroad or those who are pursuing their higher education at foreign universities are eligible to participate in the campaign. Indian Students studying in overseas universities may also participate in the campaign and they have to update admission letter, college / course details and international/local contact number for completion of the registration process. Students need to secure at least 60 % above in higher education / Diploma / Degree from Schools or Colleges recognized by State / Central Government. Students should have a valid offer letter (final) received from the foreign university.
b). How to Register
Student shall visit Unimoni / Remit Forex website or scan the respective QR code from the media advertisements / social media promotional links etc. Student shall follow and subscribe Company’s Instagram / Facebook pages. Student shall upload the personal and educational details in the registration page and provide relevant answers to the questions in the page. By sharing the registration link to their friends / interested students, will get a free processing fee waiver on the next transaction with unimoni.
c). Prizes: Students become eligible to win scholarships prizes and monthly rewards, as below.

Company shall choose the winners by system draw/lot, at its discretion. The decision of the company with regard to the winners shall be final and binding. Winners for the scholarship will be announced in the first week of April 2025. |*Scholarship prize shall be subject to tax deduction at applicable rate. **Quarterly reward winners shall be selected on a quarter end basis. |***Monthly reward winners shall be selected on a month end basis. |Prizes are non-refundable, non-convertible and cannot be converted into cash (in case of monthly rewards).
d)General Conditions
Students will be considered only if they follow the registration process and comply with the applicable rules and regulations of the State and Governing laws. Any wrong/false/fabricated information shall disqualify the participation. Company shall announce the winners in the home page of company website/social media platforms. Company shall notify winners through the contact number available with the company and Scholarship prize winners need to provide details as required by the company that includes his educational docts, PAN/bank account details etc. If the winner fails to respond to the prize communication or claims the prize within the one week period specified by company, company shall repudiate the winner and may declare new prize winner for the same. Company owns all intellectual property rights in our website and the material published on it, including all trademarks, logos, design names, database rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights. Company reserves the right to extend the campaign period or modify /amend terms / or to cancel the campaign at any time, due to its own reason or reasons beyond the control of the Company. Company hold the right to publish winner’s photos in social media platforms / forums of the Company for present / future promotional, marketing / publicity purposes and winners has no objection regarding the same.
By participating in this campaign, participants expressly consent to receive promotional SMS/emails from the Company, for marketing and service awareness purpose, at all times irrespective of the promo period. All disputes arising or in connection of this campaign are subject to laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kochi. By participating in this campaign, the student/participants agrees/accepts to the terms & conditions as stated herein above.
